  Came for food. It was good. Nothing spectacular about the chowder or boullibaisse, but not horrible either. The chocolate cake with salted caramel for dessert was to die for, though.

  A local restaurant, on a river, tasty home style cooking. A good half way stop between Halifax and Yarmouth. Posted previously in 2015.
  A follow up in May 2017.
  My wife and two sister stop for over night and evening meal. They said the menu had changed and were disappointed with the quality of the food and the cost for the evening meal. (Two of three meals.) The haddock dinner and the chicken pot pie were very poor. The salmon bruschetta was very good. Also the breakfast was very good.

  My favourite place to go in Liverpool! Regardless of whether it's for dinner, breakfast, or to stay the night in town. The staff are very friendly, and I always feel welcome going there.
